Our client is a software company based in the UAE and they are looking for a B2B SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the team remotely. This role is focused on lead generation outreach validation and qualification.
You will be the first point of contact with potential customers and play a key role in building strong high-quality sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential B2B leads that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Initiate first contact with prospects via calls emails and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads for a B2B SaaS product by understanding:
- Current processes and challenges
- Use cases and team size
- Decision-making authority and readiness
- Validate interest and suitability for demos or trials
- Book meetings or hand off sales-ready leads to the closing team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
- Follow up with prospects to complete the qualification process
- Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve lead quality
Requirements
- Previous experience as an SDR / BDR preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and structured follow-ups
- Ability to ask smart discovery questions and handle initial objections
- Good understanding of subscription-based SaaS products and demo-driven sales
- Organized self-motivated and able to work remotely
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
