Job Summary
Description
Responsibilities
- Build develop and retain an Accounting and Reporting team capable of scaling with rapid growth and increasing business complexity
- Prepare high-quality monthly management reporting including variance analysis against forecasts and the annual operating plan
- Manage intercompany processes transfer pricing and consolidation ensuring alignment with auditors and group requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and closings in accordance with US GAAP internal policies group standards and statutory year-end requirements under Swiss OR
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and oversee payroll accounting and analysis
- Support the company-wide forecasting and planning process including the annual operating plan and quarterly committed forecasts
Skills and Qualifications
- University degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field
- Senior Finance Leader with extensive hands-on controller experience across Manufacturing Distribution and R&D sites within multinational environments
- End-to-end finance expertise covering Accounting FP&A and Cost Controlling integrating operational performance with strong financial governance
- Solid expertise in accounting and controlling (US GAAP and Swiss OR preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and consolidation systems (Oracle or similar)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English at all organizational levels
- Proven track record supporting multi-site operations large-scale investments and organizational transformation in complex and fast-growing environments
- Strong cross-regional leadership and project management experience delivering large-scale finance transformation programs
