Hybrid:
For this position it is required to be on site 3x/week at our offices located in Santiago de Chile.
What you will do (responsibilities):
As a District Sales & After-Sales Manager you will be responsible for coordinating controlling and leading the commercial relationship between GMICA and the Isuzu dealer network within your assigned territory. Your main responsibilities include:
Conduct frequent visits to existing dealers and potential new dealers within your assigned region.
Set and monitor daily sales and after-sales goals for Trucks across the dealer network.
Manage truck and parts inventory levels for each dealer to ensure an optimal product mix.
Ensure strong and efficient dealer operations that consistently deliver customer satisfaction and enthusiasm.
Develop tailored sales and after-sales strategies per territory optimizing dealer coverage across Peru based on business needs and opportunities.
Track regional targets and prepare regular business performance reports.
Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Business Administration Commercial Engineering or related fields (mandatory).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar commercial or dealer management roles (mandatory).
Proven experience in the automotive industry preferably within the truck segment (mandatory).
Intermediate English level with the ability to participate in meetings and deliver business presentations (mandatory).
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (mandatory).
Availability to work under a hybrid model (3 days on site).
Availability to travel nationally to visit your assigned dealer network.
