Role: IT Project Manager
Location: Krakow - 3 days/week onsite
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact IT initiatives within a structured and evolving technology environment. This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping and driving projects that directly support business performance and operational excellence.
You will work at the intersection of business and IT partnering with senior stakeholders infrastructure teams and service owners to ensure projects are delivered with discipline clarity and measurable value. With strong governance frameworks in place this role offers the chance to influence delivery standards strengthen operational handovers and contribute to continuous improvement across the project landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Demand Alignment:
Support intake scoping and prioritisation of project demands
Maintain accurate project status risks issues and financial tracking within ServiceNow SPM or similar tools
Project Delivery Excellence:
Lead projects through the full PMO lifecycle (Initiate Plan Execute Deliver Close)
Ensure governance documentation standards and quality checkpoints are consistently applied
Manage cross-functional teams third parties and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget
Infrastructure-Focused Delivery:
Collaborate closely with infrastructure service delivery and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure infrastructure considerations are effectively managed within scope risk and planning activities
Transition to Operations:
Coordinate with service owners to ensure successful service introduction
Integrate change release and support readiness activities to enable stable operational handover
ITSM Alignment & Governance:
Ensure compliance with ITSM processes including incident problem and change management
Support alignment with ServiceNow governance and organisational standards
Stakeholder Engagement:
Provide clear and timely communication of project status risks and decisions
Facilitate steering committees project reviews and stakeholder alignment sessions
Continuous Improvement:
Capture lessons learned and contribute to evolving PMO standards and delivery practices
Skills & Qualifications Required
Experience:
47 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
Strong experience delivering IT projects within infrastructure environments
Solid technical understanding of infrastructure concepts (e.g. networks hosting cloud platforms) with the ability to engage credibly with technical teams
Experience working closely with IT service delivery and operations teams
Proven ability to manage cross-functional and multi-vendor environments
Experience operating within PMO frameworks and portfolio/project tools such as ServiceNow SPM
Certifications:
PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) required
Agile or Scrum certifications beneficial
Technical background advantageous but not essential
