HOSPITALIST (Casual)
East Market Flexible Locations
PRACTICE SPECIFICS
Ideal candidates should be flexible team players willing to address complex issues in hospital medicine within a collaborative environment.
A successful candidate would be able/willing to work in-person at multiple sites as well as do telehealth.
Join a team of nearly 100 hospitalists including physicians and NP/PAs.
Enjoy great flexibility with a casual model and a variety of staffing opportunities.
Mileage/rental car and lodging (if desired) are reimbursed for travel from Primary Location.
Procedures are not required.
Utilize Epic Electronic Medical Record throughout the entire Essentia system.
Short-term vent management (up to 24 hours) is required in Virginia. Additional training supplied if necessary.
Dedicated nocturnist teams.

Currently undergoing a $13 million upgrade to its emergency department.
Located 60 minutes from Duluth.

REQUIREMENTS
BC/BE in Internal Medicine
BC/BE in Family Medicine with experience in hospital-based care
COMPENSATION
$172.67 - $190.11/hr (depending on location). Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.
