What you will do:
We are seeking a motivated and self-starting intern to join our Sustainability and External Affairs department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work across three dynamic teams: Sustainability Government Relations and Philanthropy and Community Affairs. The intern will gain hands-on experience in corporate sustainability initiatives policy and regulatory research and philanthropic and volunteer programs.
Location: Remote / Combination of in-person and remote if in Milwaukee WI or Washington DC
How you will do it:
Collaborate with the Sustainability team on various corporate sustainability initiatives reporting submissions and competitive benchmarking.
Assist the Government Relations team with policy and regulatory research and Political Action Committee activities.
Support the Philanthropy and Community Affairs team in managing philanthropic and volunteer initiatives.
Utilize Microsoft Office products to create reports presentations and other documents.
What we look for:
Strong self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Interest in sustainability government relations and philanthropy.
Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $19.00 - $22.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education experience knowledgeskills and abilities of the applicant internal equity location and alignment with market data.)
