Role specifics and benefits: As a Med Surg RN youll assess patient status implement care plans administer medications monitor vital signs manage IV therapies perform routine procedures and participate in rapid responses when needed. Youll coordinate discharges educate patients and families and collaborate with physicians case managers and ancillary teams to optimize throughput and safety.
