Scaffolding Laborer

Job Duties Include but are not limited to:

Load unload and transport scaffolding materials and equipment.
Assisting in erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures under supervision.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Inspecting scaffold components for damage or defects.
Following all company and OSHA safety regulations.
Securing tools materials and equipment properly.
Communicating with crew members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
Performing general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Prior construction or labor experience is a plus but not .
Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

Skills & Competencies:

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Good balance and coordination.
Awareness of safety procedures.
Time management and punctuality.

Work Environment:

Outdoor construction and industrial sites.
Exposure to noise dust heights and changing weather.
May require overtime weekends or travel depending on project needs.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent lifting carrying bending climbing and standing for long periods.
Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding safely.

Hourly Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour DOE.
