Job Description:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming dressing toileting and mobility
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping (laundry dishes tidying etc.)
Provide medication reminders (no administering unless properly certified and authorized)
Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior to the office
Follow the individualized care plan and agency policies at all times
Maintain accurate documentation and clock in/out according to company procedures
Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries
Other Job Requirements:
- Must have your own transportation

Ability to follow directions and work independently
Respect for client dignity and privacy
HOURLY RATE IS NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON PROFESSIONAL CAREGIVER EXPERIENCE AND CLIENT ASSIGNMENT
