JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develops strategies for cloud-based platforms. Translates business needs into long-term architecture solutions. Develops and designs solutions as needed evaluating multiple software platforms and integrating systems. Able to design automation for cloud resources using DevOps best practices. Acts as highest-level technical expert addressing problems of systems integration compatibility and multiple platforms. Responsible for project completion. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to lead a large development team in the design of highly complex software systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors Degree in an IT or related field is preferred
• Minimum experience of three years working with government Amazon Web Services (AWS) SC2S and C2S enclaves
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable microservices leading development teams ensuring security measures are in place within the microservices design conducting meetings and presentations with Government stakeholders and leadership. The Architect shall have experience with programming (C# Java and Python) containerization for managing the deployment of microservices (Kubernetes and Docker) Cloud development (AWS) and a robust understanding of microservices development and best practices.
• Must have a current active Top Secret security clearance with the capability to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience using Agile methodologies particularly Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is highly preferred
• Current SAFe for Architects (ARCH) certification strongly desired
