Were seeking experienced safety-focused Class A CDL drivers to keep projects moving efficiently. This is a full-time yard-based role with early start times and occasional extended hours offering consistent local work with minimal overnight travel.

What Youll Do

• Safely operate Class A vehicles with 4853 RGN and Landall trailers to transport construction materials and equipment.
• Ensure all loads are properly secured and compliant with DOT regulations including unsupervised loading of heavy iron.
• Plan and execute delivery schedules efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections reporting issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with federal state and company safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers project managers and team members.
• Keep accurate logs of mileage deliveries and equipment usage.
• Assist with minor maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Help around the yard or shop on rainy days or when local work slows.
• Keep trucks and yard areas clean and organized to support operational efficiency.

What Were Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy vehicles with proven RGN/lowboy experience hauling heavy iron or construction materials.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations load securement and safety requirements.
• Ability to safely lift and secure loads using chains straps and other equipment.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to start early (typically 6 AM3 PM) with flexibility for earlier or later shifts; minimal overnight travel.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Positive attitude safety-conscious mindset and commitment to reliability.
