Job Summary
As a Lead Applications Development Analyst here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of applications based on defined frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions ensuring adherence to coding standards and performing code reviews. Troubleshooting and resolving application issues will be a part of your responsibilities along with providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
You will report directly to our title and youll work out of our City State location on a Hybrid On-site Remote work schedule.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of experience in IT thoughtfulness project participation or related roles
- Strong problem-solving and thoughtful skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends
