As an OSHC Educator you will work collaboratively with all team members of the service and support the provision of education and care for children aged 3-12 years attending The Glennie Outside School Hours Care (OSHC).
You will:
- Engage professionally with children and families
- Participate in the development and implementation of the QIP
work collaboratively with a diverse team - Actively participates in team meetings and curriculum discussions
You will have:
For Qualified Educators: Minimum Certificate III in an area of study applying to childcare workers
Ability to respond to needs and concerns of children to ensure quality of service meets agreed standards
Effective time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and commitments
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Hold a QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and consent to a National Police Check
