About the Role

As the Receptionist you will play a vital role in supporting patients and their families by providing a welcoming first point of contact. You will manage enquiries schedule appointments process payments and provide diary management support to our team of Psychologists. The role sits within the Ramsay Psychology - telehealth team

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing patient and family enquiries (in person and over the phone).
  • Scheduling bookings and processing appointment payments.
  • Diary management for a team of Psychologists.
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.

What Youll Bring

To succeed in this role youll bring strong administrative skills professionalism and the ability to create a positive first impression.

You will also have:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Experience working within healthcare or medical industries (highly regarded).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills both in person and over the phone.
