Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide acute care support in a float capacity. This assignment involves coordinated patient home visits with transportation arranged by the facility. Candidate must be comfortable working in varied care environments and supporting diverse patient needs.
Schedule
3x12-Hour Shifts
Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
7-day/week coverage required
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) mobility and hygiene.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
Support acute care needs in both facility and home-based settings.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow established care plans.
Ensure patient safety and infection control practices at all times.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in acute care (required).
Home Health experience (preferred).
High School Diploma or equivalent.
BLS Certification (required).
