Were hiring a passionate and experienced Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Clinician to join our interdisciplinary care teamworking directly alongside primary care providers to deliver fast effective and compassionate behavioral interventions in a medical setting.

Hybrid clinical work alongside integrated care teams.

A mix of brief interventions crisis support warm hand-offs and follow-ups.

What Youll Do
-
Deliver brief solution-focused behavioral health interventions to diverse patients in primary care.

Support care teams in trauma-informed culturally sensitive and motivational communication.

Guide patients with chronic conditions like diabetes hypertension substance use and depression.

Lead crisis response conduct risk assessments and connect patients with specialty services.

Contribute to team huddles care planning and education efforts across the organization.
You Bring
-
Active CA license as an LCSW LMFT or Psychologist
-
Clinical experience with adults children or adolescents
-
Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing CBT and trauma-informed care
-
Experience in primary care or medical settings preferred
-
Passion for integrated community-based behavioral health
