What Youll Do
Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles from intake through offer and onboarding coordination.
Partner closely with hiring leaders and HR to align hiring strategies with workforce plans and business priorities.
Proactively identify engage and nurture passive and active candidates building strong diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Provide market intelligence on talent availability compensation trends and competitor activity to inform hiring decisions.
Deliver an exceptional high-touch experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
Champion inclusive and equitable hiring practices aligned with employment legislation and corporate governance standards.
Manage recruitment activity within ATS/CRM systems (e.g. Workday LinkedIn Recruiter Phenom etc.) ensuring data accuracy compliance and reporting.
Track key recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement in quality of hire time-to-fill and process efficiency.
Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success
Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) required.
4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment preferably in a high-growth or multi-location environment.
Prior recruitment experience within the insurance or financial services industry with an understanding of sector-specific roles and regulatory environments is an asset.
Demonstrated ability to partner consultatively with hiring leaders and influence hiring decisions.
Strong organizational communication and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail.
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented fast-paced and evolving environment
Genuine passion for recruiting and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring leader experiences.
Experience using ATS/CRM platforms and sourcing tools (e.g. Workday LinkedIn Recruiter) preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for training team meetings or business needs (less than 10%)

The expected salary range for this position is$80000to $95000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience andworking location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
