Position: In-Home Caregiver Canby OR

You will provide compassionate professional care that helps clients remain safe independent and comfortable in their own homes.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with bathing grooming and dressing

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Preparing meals and assisting with dietary needs

• Medication reminders

• Mobility support and fall prevention

• Light housekeeping

• Documenting care notes and communicating updates

Qualifications

• Active HCA CNA or equivalent certification (Oregon-compliant)

• Current TB test

• CPR certification

• Food Handler Card (if applicable)

• Valid government-issued photo ID

• Social Security card

• Reliable transportation (preferred)

• Professional dependable communication

• Compassionate patient and dependable demeanor

• Ability to comply with Oregon caregiving regulations
