Fisher Associates is seeking a motivated Transportation Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in civil engineering transportation infrastructure project management and quality control who are ready to take ownership of projects from concept through completion.

What Youll Do as a Transportation Project Manager

  • Lead the planning design and delivery of transportation projects.
  • Manage project budgets scope schedule and staffing to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
  • Lead design strategy in collaboration with teams and clients to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations permitting requirements and quality standards.
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients agencies and stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships to support successful project outcomes and repeat business.
  • Oversee project billing client updates QA/QC of deliverables and project closeout.
  • Support proposal development scope definition and fee estimates for new and existing clients.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior staff.
Requirements

What You Bring Your Expertise as a Transportation Project Manager

  • Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it
  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering Masters preferred
  • 7 years progressive transportation design engineering and project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing transportation projects for highway bridge or traffic from design through delivery.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and MicroStation (preferred)
  • Proven success in developing trusted long-term client relationships
  • Familiarity with PennDOT design standards preferred
  • Deliver high-quality work using critical thinking sound judgment and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proactively own projects prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Curious and improvement-minded embracing feedback and continuously seeking better solutions.

Salary Range $95000-$130000


Actual compensation will vary based on experience qualifications and other factors. The listed salary range does not guarantee specific pay or reflect total compensation and excludes the value of benefits.
