As the Manager of the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team you will lead a team of customer-facing engineers who embed with customer AI organizations to help them design prototype and productionize AI agents using the W&B platform. Youll be responsible for building a high-performing FDE function that drives customer outcomes accelerates product adoption and creates durable feedback loops into Product and Engineering.

The base salary range for this role is $188000 to $275000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
