Job Summary
The Workforce Engineer provides workforce metrics reports and analysis to inform decision-making within the management team by providing information about their workforce. The Engineer assists with structuring data and descriptive reporting to produce highly analytic actionable assessments and apply data visualization methodologies to provide performance improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Creates complex models to determine optimal scheduling practices through on-site observations in collaboration with local leadership.

- Provides education coaching and continued process improvement to clinical leadership on efficiencies in the use of their workforce.
|
- Provides additional support with the scheduling system and leads the reporting from that system.
|
- Provides standardization and enhancement in reporting for the Baptist Position Control Committee.
|
- System lead for HR reporting through the ERP system.
|
- Tracks performance through metrics and continuing process improvement.
