NGL Transportation is looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team. As an asset-based logistics service provider NGL offers comprehensive logistics solutions to global clients including Apple Conair Costco and Amazon.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Address customer inquiries resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Update customer information in the database during each call
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and targets
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Maximum of 6 years of experience in a similar capacity
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $23 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $25 per hour
- Currency: USD
