Job Summary

NGL Transportation is looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team. As an asset-based logistics service provider NGL offers comprehensive logistics solutions to global clients including Apple Conair Costco and Amazon.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Address customer inquiries resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Update customer information in the database during each call
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and targets

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Maximum of 6 years of experience in a similar capacity

Salary & Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $23 per hour
  • Maximum Salary: $25 per hour
  • Currency: USD
