Employee Relations Specialist
Job Summary
- Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Investigate misconduct and recommend disciplinary action.
- Support policy enforcement and updates.
- Conduct exit interviews and report trends.
- Manage employee engagement and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal rules.
Requirements
- Bachelor s in Law HR or Psychology.
- 4 years in employee relations or HR generalist role.
- Strong mediation empathy and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Saudi labor regulations.
- Discretion and sound judgment.
- Strong command of HR systems (e.g. MenaITech SAP Oracle).
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
