Introduction

Join Lewishams Integrated Adolescent Service as a Senior Systemic Practitioner where you will play a key role in shaping highquality relational and traumainformed practice for adolescents and their families. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced systemic practitioner to take on a leadershipinfluencing rolesupporting practitioners strengthening reflective practice and contributing to an innovative antiracist and multidisciplinary service focused on improving safety wellbeing and relational outcomes for young people.

Whats the role

The Senior Systemic Practitioner leads the delivery of systemic and goalbased interventions for children young people and families while also supporting the wider service to embed systemic thinking across practice. You will hold a caseload of complex and highrisk work facilitate consultations and reflective spaces and provide systemicinformed supervision to practitioners. As a senior member of the team you will also deputise for the Hub Manager when required contributing to operational oversight multidisciplinary coordination and service development. This role sits at the heart of promoting relational contextual traumainformed and antiracist practice across the Integrated Adolescent Service.

What were looking for

We are seeking an experienced and confident systemic practitioner with a strong grounding in systemic theory adolescent development and safeguarding frameworks. You will bring at least three years experience applying systemic approaches in direct work along with the skills to facilitate reflective spaces lead consultations and support practitioners to develop their systemic capability. Youll be emotionally intelligent relational and skilled at navigating complex multiagency environments. A commitment to antiracist inclusive and traumainformed practice is essential as is the ability to manage competing priorities within a highrisk caseload. If you are reflective collaborative and passionate about influencing practice at both an individual and systems level we would love to hear from you.

Location

The job is primarily based in Laurence House Catford London SE6 4RU but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.

Salary

N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale) which is subject to evidential proof.
