The Advanced Practitioner shall deliver comprehensive patient care for a specified patient population in accordance with Chestnut Hill Temple Health policies and Pennsylvania State Legislation. The APP will perform patient assessment and direct patient management with physician collaboration. The scope of practice includes direct patient care planning intervention family support and education.Education
Masters Degree in Nursing or Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Required

PA Cert Reg Nurse Practitioner Required or
PA Medical Physician Asst Lic Required
Basic Life Support Required
