PositionSummary

The Account ManagerIIIperforms inside selling activities to existing LCPtracker Inc. clientsupsellopportunity generation and general account management duties forLCPtrackersprimary product line LCPtracker Pro along with supplementary product suites. This positionreportsto the Manager of Account Management.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages the sale of products or services for assigned existing clients and provides quality service to the client that enables the organization to meet the clients expectations

  • Communicatesfrequentlywith clients replies to questions recommendsproductsor services and handles client concerns

  • Provides relationship management escalation management and technical advisement playinga major rolein existing (recurring) customer-facing activities

  • The Account Manager will need to build relationships with existing clients to encourageand upsell repeat business opportunities.

  • Sales prospecting (for increases/upsells) via multiple activities such as emails sales calls web presentations networking

  • Promotion of LCPtracker products

  • Preparation of with the development of proposals respond to written questions/client requests and conduct web and occasional face-to-face sales presentations for existing customers

  • Create a pipeline of renewals and upselling sufficient to meet quarterly/annual quota requirements

  • MeticulouslyutilizesCRM system and computer hardware/software to enhance productivity

  • Manage customer renewal processes including contracting contractnegotiationsand facilitation with sales leadership legal and customer success teams

  • Participate insome local regional or national trade shows and educational conferences.

  • Cross Functional Collaboration:Works effectively with Sales Leadership Legal Customer Success and other internal teams.

  • Product & Technical Aptitude:Quickly learns product features and translates them into customer value.

Work Environment

This position performs its duties from ourFenton MI office or our New Braunfels TX office. This positionoperatesin a professional office environment and role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones mobile devices photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Requirements

While performing the functions of this job the employeeis regularly required tosit;frequentlyrequiredto talk and hear use hands and fingers to type scroll and use computer equipment. The employeeis required tohave close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time non-exempt worked are dependent on the workload at the time. General availability and presence in the officeisexpected during regular business hours Monday-Friday. However some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may berequiredas job duties demand.

Travel

There is no major travel requirement for this infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s) attend conferences/industry events etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat isrequired. This event is a 2-3-day at our annual User Conference as assigned.

Salary Range

Thehourly rateis$29.00-$35.00per hour Commissions. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. The totalcompensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field;equivalent experiencein B2B account management or sales will be considered.

  • 57 yearsof progressive experience inaccount management customer success or inside saleswith a focus onrenewals and upsellingto an existing client base.

  • Intermediate knowledge and ability to apply practical solutions to assigned and related products; SME for assigned primary product;intermediate knowledge and understanding of the industry and mid-market to large customers for assigned products. Meet or exceed assigned KPIs and revenue goals.

  • Proventrack recordofmeeting or exceeding quarterly/annual quotasfor renewals expansions and/or cross-sell motions.

  • Hands-on experience using aCRM platform(e.g. Salesforce HubSpot MS Dynamics) to manage pipelines forecast document client interactions and drive productivity.

  • Experience conductingvirtual product demos/web presentationsand handlingproposal development(RFP/RFI responses scopes pricing and terms).

  • Experience incontract renewals and negotiationsin partnership with Sales Leadership Legal and Customer Success.
