How do you help people confidently adopt a fast-evolving artificial intelligence platform By designing learning experiences that are clear practical and built to scale. As part of Coveos Technical Enablement team youll transform complex technical concepts into learning that drives adoption and measurable impact.

Youll blend instructional design facilitation and strong execution to deliver enablement programs for internal teams and external audiences. This is a hands-on specialist role where your work directly supports how Coveo is learned used and trusted.

As one of our Instructional Designers you will:

Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences including self-paced courses learning paths microlearning and certification programs.
Translate complex products features and processes into clear learner-centered content.
Facilitate live virtual and in-person enablement sessions adapted to different audiences and technical depths.
Apply adult learning principles and modern instructional design practices across all learning assets.
Maintain and iterate on content using learner feedback usage data and program outcomes.
Build and manage enablement content within Coveos learning management system ensuring consistency and discoverability.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

4 years of experience in instructional design learning design or enablement within a technical or product-driven environment.
Experience facilitating live training or enablement sessions for technical or mixed audiences.
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple learning projects timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.

What would make you stand out:

Experience designing or supporting certification programs for internal teams partners or customers.
Experience with the Intellum LMS.
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive learning design principles.
Interest in learning analytics and continuous content optimization.
