Practice Location: Germantown Tennessee (Greater Memphis Area)
Schedule:3 to 4 weekdays per week

What are the qualifications
Successful completion of a U.S. accredited pediatric residency program
DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program
Active Tennessee state dental license or ability to obtain
Active Federal DEA or ability to obtain
Open to candidates requiring licensing and/or relocation
