Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Actimize Developer to support development and configuration on the NICE Actimize platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience across core Actimize components and a solid understanding of financial crime risk systems within banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and configure solutions on the NICE Actimize platform
Implement and customize:
ActOne
AIS (Actimize Intelligence Server)
IFM (Integrated Fraud Management)
RCM (Risk Case Manager)
Develop rules workflows alerts and case management processes
Perform unit testing system integration testing and support UAT
Collaborate with Compliance Risk and Business teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions
Optimize performance of Actimize components and troubleshoot production issues
Support release management and production deployments
Maintain proper technical documentation

Must-Have Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with:
Core Actimize Platform
ActOne
AIS (Actimize Intelligence Server)
IFM
RCM
Experience in AML Fraud Detection or Financial Crime systems
SQL and database experience (Oracle preferred)
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills

Preferred Background

Industry: Banking / Financial Services
Experience supporting Risk Compliance AML or Fraud teams
Familiarity with regulatory standards and financial crime controls
