Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the software development team ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Design develop and implement software solutions with a focus on automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
Establish best practices for software development and automation processes.
Mentor and guide team members in automation techniques and tools.
Monitor and report on project progress addressing any issues that arise.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in software development and automation.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in automation frameworks and tools (e.g. Selenium Jenkins Ansible).
Proficient in programming languages such as Java Python or C#.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure).
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
Familiarity with database management systems (e.g. SQL NoSQL).
Strong communication and leadership skills
