We are seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee day-to-day material flow shipping receiving and inventory operations within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment in the KWC region.
Pay - $70-$90K
Key Responsibilities

Supervise inbound and outbound logistics operations including shipping receiving and line-side delivery

Coordinate material flow to support production schedules and Just-In-Time (JIT) requirements

Lead and support logistics associates forklift operators and material handlers
-
Monitor inventory accuracy cycle counts and storage optimization
-
Collaborate with production planning purchasing and suppliers to resolve material shortages
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards quality systems and company policies
-
Track KPIs such as on-time delivery inventory turns and freight costs
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Kaizen 5S)
Qualifications & Experience
-
5 years of logistics or materials experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment
-
Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
-
Strong knowledge of automotive supply chain processes
-
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management tools
-
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills

May require shift work weekends and overtime as needed
