Job Summary

Job Title : Application Developer 13 years Exp

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Extensive experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to design develop and maintain complex n-tier web applications using C# and Web API.
Strong background in developing and maintaining responsive web applications utilizing modern client-side technologies including HTML5 XML JSON AJAX JavaScript jQuery Bootstrap and CSS.
Proven expertise in Oracle database design and data modeling with advanced proficiency in PL/SQL development including stored procedures packages indexes triggers views and table creation.
Solid experience implementing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions including development of web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) dynamic link libraries (DLLs) SOAP and RESTful APIs message queuing and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) integrations.
Hands-on experience with source code management tools including Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Git with exposure to CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Experience implementing user provisioning authentication and authorization solutions using OKTA LDAP RSA and Access Manager.
Strong collaboration skills working closely with UI/UX teams Business Analysts and Project Managers to define functional requirements and project timelines.
Experience handling applications and data containing Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations within healthcare environments.
Experience supporting Patient Tracking and Survey systems in alignment with Department of Health guidelines and regulatory standards.
