Role Overview
This position is part of a full lifecycle agile development team and focuses on translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. The role supports remediation modernization and migration initiatives within an enterprise environment and requires strong collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Research and document business processes and system dependencies
Develop business cases use cases and technical specifications
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops
Support process redesign and gap analysis initiatives
Plan and support functional regression integration and data validation testing
Analyze demand patterns and prioritize based on business value and impact
Prepare documentation to support funding and decision-making processes

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of business process analysis and systems analysis experience
Proficiency with process mapping/modeling tools such as Visio
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Knowledge of data migration
Understanding of translating business requirements into technical requirements
Experience with testing and quality assurance methodologies
Experience with reporting tools including PowerBI

Preferred Skills

Experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
Knowledge of change and release management
Scrum-related certifications (CSM CSO) or business analysis certifications (CBAP PMI-PBA PMP ITIL)

Education
Bachelors degree or masters degree in Business Administration Communication Information Systems or other related field is required. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the educational requirement.
