Lacklaborant (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
Farbtonausarbeitung von lösemittelhaltigen und wasserverdünnbaren Metallic-Basislacken für die Beschichtung von Aluminiumrädern nach Farbtonvorlagen und Kundenreferenzen
Durchführung von Farbtonmessungen und visuelle Beurteilung
Unterstützung bei der Neuentwicklung von lösemittelhaltigen und wasserverdünnbaren Systemen (Basecoats Klarlacke Korrosionsschutzprimer) sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme
Rohstoffrecherche -screenings und Tests auf Eignung und Verwendungsmöglichkeit für Neuentwicklungen und für bestehende Systeme
Rezeptanlage/Rezeptpflege
Anlage und Weiterleitung von Datenblättern (Sicherheits- und technisches Datenblatt)
Lackierung von Muster- und Designblechen
Nachstellung von Kundenprozessen
Ihre Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung z.B. als Lacklaborant (m/w/d) Chemielaborant (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lackindustrie sowie umfassende Erfahrung in der Formulierung und Verarbeitung von Industrielacken
Ausgezeichnete Entscheidungsfähigkeit basierend auf Farben
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie die Fähigkeit verschiedene Arbeitsabläufe parallel zu bearbeiten
Selbstständige organisierte effektive und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
Fließende Deutsch- sowie mindestens gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen SAP Kenntnisse wünschenswert
