As a Centre Director at Goodstart youll be at the heart of our leadership team playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. Youll build strong meaningful relationships with children families and communities fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

In this role you will:

As Centre Director you will be at the heart of our centres successleading with vision purpose and a genuine passion for early childhood education. You will guide a committed team and ensure the highest level of care safety and learning for all children.

• Leading a centre through the A&R process preparing documentation and supporting teams to demonstrate high-quality practice. Creating maintaining and evaluating the centres Quality Improvement Plan.
• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
• Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business.
• Coaching mentoring and empowering educators to be their best.
• Overseeing centre performance compliance budgeting rosters and daily operations.

Youll need:

• A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
• Experience with leading and managing change within education health or community services
• Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
