Responsibilities: Read and followBanquet Event Orders (BEOs)accurately Supervise and direct banquet staff during setup service and breakdown Delegate tasks and ensure events stay on schedule Communicate clearly with thekitchenregarding timing and service needs Oversee room setup service flow and event execution Assist with basicAV equipmentsetup or coordination Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally
Qualifications: Banquet or food service experience required; leadership preferred Strong communication and organization skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of event service standards and AV basics
