Salary: OTE 50000 per annum

WANTED! Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer required to generate instructions value and list property negotiate sales and build strong client relationships within a busy independent estate agency office.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join a successful independent estate agency in the Hove area.

This role suits someone confident in valuing and listing property winning instructions and progressing sales from enquiry to completion. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with strong earning potential and career progression.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Carrying out market appraisals and property valuations
• Winning instructions and listing property for sale
• Generating new business opportunities and vendor leads
• Conducting viewings and buyer follow-ups
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Progressing agreed sales through to completion
• Maintaining regular communication with clients and applicants
• Delivering high standards of customer service
• Keeping CRM systems and property records fully updated
• Contributing to office targets and performance goals

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential estate agency sales experience essential
• Proven experience valuing and listing property
• Strong track record in winning instructions
• Confident negotiator with closing ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and well-presented approach
• Strong local market knowledge (Hove and surrounding areas helpful)
• Positive self-motivated and target-focused attitude
• High level of customer care skills
• Full UK driving licence essential and own car preferred
