Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Porter to perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a clean safe and orderly environment across assigned facilities. This role plays a critical part inmaintainingthe overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace contributing to a positive experience for employees clients and visitors.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas including lobbies hallways restrooms and common spaces
Assist with moving lifting and transporting furniture equipment and supplies
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs minor repairs and reporting issues
Remove trash recyclables and debris from designated areas
Support staff and visitors by providing directions carrying items or assisting with deliveries
Ensure walkways and entrances are clean safe and accessible
Monitor facility conditions and report hazards or maintenance needs promptly
Restock supplies such as paper products soap and cleaning materials
Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with company policies
Assist with event setup and breakdown when required

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good communication and customerservice skills
Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and maintenance tasks
Reliability punctuality and a strong work ethic
Ability to stand walk and perform physical tasks for extended periods
