Landmark Hotel Group is seeking aHouse-personfor theCountry Inn & Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfrontlocated at1801 Atlantic Avenue Virginia Beach Virginia 23451.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure security of any assigned keys and beeper.
- Review assignment sheet and updated completed assignments. Check with Supervisor and Housekeeping office for additional assignments throughout the shift.
- Review assigned area and complete general removal of any trash or debris.
- Check assigned floor closets and completed linen requisition to replenish linen supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets; remove trash wipe down shelves/counters; sweep and wax floor; remove non-floor closet items and transport to proper storage areas.
- Clean designated areas with proper chemicals tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Commensurate or transfer skill set is primary importance
- Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
