Your role combines professional treatment expertise with elevated guest consultation and interaction.

Spa Therapist(m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality face and body treatments in line with Acquapura standards
• Conduct personalized consultations and recommend suitable treatments and homecare
• Act as a trusted wellness advisor and ambassador of our spa philosophy
• Create a warm and authentic atmosphere for families couples and individual guests
• Proactively recommend retail products and experiences tailored to guest needs
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms according to luxury hygiene standards
• Support the continuous development of spa rituals and guest experiences
• Ensure cleanliness order and aesthetic presentation in all spa areas

Your profile:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a high-end spa or wellness environment
• Completed vocational training in beauty wellness or a comparable field
• Passion for guest interaction and personalized consultation
• Strong communication skills in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
• Sales affinity and service-oriented mindset
• Authentic personality with a warm engaging presence
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
