Job Summary
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and youll work out of our Greer SC location with an on-site work schedule.
In this role you will impact the overall effectiveness of our production lines by ensuring that all processing tasks are executed with precision and adherence to safety protocols thereby contributing to the success of our operations and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee and manage processing operations to ensure compliance with production schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues to enhance operational efficiency.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in a processing or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of processing techniques and equipment.
- Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements.
- Experience with safety protocols and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for process management and reporting.

- Technical certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a processing role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
