Job Summary

The Mission We are extending an exclusive opportunity for an exceptional nursing professional to redefine their clinical career. You will be entrusted with providing meticulous 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP in a truly extraordinary setting. Your daily practice will take place aboard an ultra-luxury superyacht navigating a spectacular Mediterranean cruising itinerary that features iconic ports of call such as Capri the Dalmatian Coast and Monaco.

The Team Exceptional care requires an exceptional support system. You will be an integral part of a bespoke world-class medical concierge unit collaborating with:

A distinguished Lead British Doctor commanding all clinical protocols
Specialist Physiotherapists dedicated to maximizing the principals daily mobility and wellness
An elite entirely Western-trained nursing team

The Safety Uncompromising patient care is directly linked to practitioner well-being. To mitigate fatigue and ensure you are fully equipped to handle any high-stakes clinical scenario this deployment operates under a strict double-nurse shift system providing continuous built-in clinical support.

Requirements

Requirements This highly specialized role demands absolute clinical excellence and refined professionalism. Eligible candidates must hold:

A Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
A minimum of 4 years of current high-acuity experience in Acute Care (ICU / ER / A&E)
Native or C1-level English proficiency
Flawless judgment adaptability and an understanding of the discretion required in ultra-high-net-worth environments
