As a CIAM Analyst you will:
Design analyze and support Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions across customer-facing platforms.
Work with CIAM identity flows including user registration login MFA and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Analyze fraud patterns and support adaptive and risk-based authentication use cases.
Contribute to customer journey and UX design for secure and seamless login and registration experiences.
Support and validate API-based integrations using tools such as Postman and SQL.
Model and manage identity data integrations including attributes mappings and APIs.
Ensure CIAM implementations align with security best practices and zero-trust principles.
Support testing troubleshooting and operational analysis of CIAM solutions.
What You Bring to the Table:
68 years of experience in Identity and Access Management with a strong focus on CIAM.
Hands-on experience with CIAM platforms such as Azure AD B2C Okta or ForgeRock.
Strong understanding of CIAM identity flows including registration login MFA and SSO.
Solid knowledge of OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect and JWT token concepts.
Good security awareness in identity management including zero-trust architecture principles.
Experience modeling data integrations attributes mappings and API-based identity flows.
Working knowledge of GDPR principles such as consent management data minimization and user rights.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex security and identity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
You Should Possess the Ability To:
Analyze and improve customer identity journeys while balancing security and user experience.
Identify and mitigate fraud risks using adaptive and risk-based authentication strategies.
Support and validate CIAM integrations using APIs and data tools.
Translate business UX and security requirements into effective CIAM identity flows.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including security product and development.
Ensure CIAM solutions comply with privacy security and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement of CIAM processes and controls.
