Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to define requirements and drive successful project delivery.
Experience
- 3 years as a Business Analyst or similar role
Requirements
- Gather analyze and document business requirements
- Create BRDs FRDs user stories and process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
- Support UAT and ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA Confluence or similar
