About the Role
As a Senior Solutions Consultant you lead solution design and technical strategy for complex enterprise opportunities. Youoperatewith a high degree of autonomy guiding prospects through deep discovery integration planning and tailored demonstrations that influence senior decision-makers. You also play a visible role in mentoringteammatesand scaling best practices across the Solutions Consultingteam.
What Youll Do
- Lead end-to-end discovery and technical strategy for complex enterprise opportunities
- Shape deal strategy and technical win plans in partnership with Account Executives
- Design solution architectures that integrate Zeta with enterprise ecosystems (CRM data platforms identity analytics)
- Deliver tailored demonstrations aligned to executive priorities and buying criteria
- Navigate matrixed buying committees across marketing IT analytics security and procurement
- Serve as a lead contributor on RFP/RFI responses with differentiated positioning
- Partner with Value Consulting to align solutions with measurable business outcomes and ROI
- Mentor Solutions Consultants through coaching shadowing and structured feedback
- Develop reusable demo assets playbooks and solution briefs to improve team consistency
- Provide actionable field feedback to Product and GTM teams based on enterprise deal learnings

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $170000 - $180000.00 depending on location and experience.
