Job Summary

Interact with internal and external customers plant engineers R&D and suppliers to analyze quality concerns and follow up concern solution with parts suppliers by performing root cause analysis and validating countermeasures. Ensure timely implementation of engineering and process changes by validating suppliers parts and process. Work according to global standards to ensure supplier adequate implementation of ISO IATF and NPQP requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision Staff Engineering to compliance plant KPI
  • PPMS Supplier Score Card demerit upload
  • Current model supplier quality responsible.
  • Cost and expenses responsibility
  • Administration Laboratory PQE BODY
  • Improvement of engineering Skills
  • Analyze plant and warranty concerns to identify root cause.
  • Notify suppliers about quality concerns.
  • Ensure supplier implements effective containment actions performs root cause analysis and implements corrective and preventive actions using 8D methodology.
  • Monitor supplier quality performance and improvement plans focused on key index like PPMs fast response process capability firewall etc.
  • Perform various types of supplier process and system audits.
  • Ensure compliance to Nissan global standards and internal standards.
  • Validate supplier engineering and process changes.
  • Validate supplier fulfillment of NPQP ISO:9001 and IATF:16949 standards.

Who Were Looking for:

Required:

  • Industrial mechatronic electronic electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • >1 years at supplier quality engineering or quality related areas.
  • Experience in manufacturing technologies such as stamping machining welding plastic injection or blow molding.
  • Business english fluent Conversational and written (TOEIC >500).
  • Microsoft office excel and power point.
  • CAD software.
  • 8D methodology.
  • Understand manufacturing processes.
  • ANPQP Certification.

Job Schedule:

  • Full-time 8:00 a m a 5:30 p m

Education Requirement:

  • Industrial mechatronic electronic electrical or mechanical engineering.

Nice to have:

  • Core tools.
  • GD&T.
  • MSA

Travel requirements

  • 15% - 20% (Visa preferred).
