As Lead IT Engineer in Data Integration Platform organization at Honeywell you will have opportunity to lead and work with large footprint of various data integration technologies andmake a difference by establishing a solid foundation for innovation performance reliability and scalability working on on-prem and public cloud solutions leveraging multiple data integration technologies.

You will lead the Informatica platform and application admin architecture and operations that are responsible for setting the strategy and delivering a scalable and reliable data integration platform that supports Honeywells Digital Platform and Applications. Additionally you will also participate and provide your guidance for the design and implementation of ETL mappings governance of production jobs in global high availability and fast paced high-performance environments. You will be responsible to maintain various data models across all applications design new solutions at the cutting edge of data technology and will deliver large scale systems that will have an impact on revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead with full ownership on Administration of overall application functions across on-premises and cloud infrastructure and maintain Gen AI driven operational excellence.
• Lead Management of folders connections permissions/privileges and group assignments for individuals
• Lead Troubleshooting user issues and environmental problems collaborating with Systems Administrators Network teams and DBAs to determine root cause analysis for system or job failures
• Proficient understanding/implementation of Informatica license management
• Lead automated monitoring and governance of cloud usage and ensure cost optimization across environments
• Guide and Implementation of process automation initiatives
• Lead coordination of code migration across different environments
• Monitoring and supporting the stability and performance of the platform and resolving issues proactively.
• Providing on-call support as needed during weekends and off-hours
• Demonstrating the ability to learn and work with new tools as required by the organization
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if necessary
• Administer and manage control-M Redwood platforms following best practices.
• Deep dive performance tuning and debugging activities.
• Analyze and resolve production job failures and Address and implement break fixes.
• Manage incident tickets and service requests ensuring closure within defined SLAs.
• Lead the trouble shooting sessions with the Business application stakeholders following ITSM guidelines
• Lead interactions with the data architects database analysts and the users to resolve various source data issues; assist in creating fact and dimension tables based on requirement documentation.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements evaluate controls to help mitigate negative outcomes through prevention detection and correction SOX/PCI/GDPR/Export compliance etc.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Honeywell its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws rules and regulations adhering to Policy applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior conduct and business practices and escalating managing.
• Lead and engage in cross-platform training & in bits and bytes sessions on technology trends create opportunities for career growth and train resources across various technologies
• Keep All production and non-production environments and DR systems up-to-date with latest patches and ensure no technical debt or behind patches.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelors in computer science or equivalent work experience preferred
• 10+ years of experience in administration of management of Informatica PowerCenter IICS IDMC including DR systemsis must and should be ready for hands-on work on a day-today basis.
• 5+ years of experience in managing orchestration tools like Control-M Redwood environments including DR systems
• 10+ years of experience in performing application upgrades applying hotfixes and executing break/fix procedures
• 10+ years of experience in upgrading and migrating ETL code between different ETL platforms ensuring compatibility and performance
• Advanced skills in Unix scripting
• Must be US Citizen

• Travel Approximately 15%
