We are currently seeking driven energetic and hard-working individuals that are looking to thrive in a rewarding career. We are looking to hire two candidates; someone to work in Fort Wayne and the surrounding area as well as someone to work in Warsaw and the surrounding area.

This position is ideal for individuals who are thorough detail-oriented self-driven self-motivated and who are not afraid to challenge themselves. The position of a Lead Water Technician consists of many responsibilities such as:
- Engaging with and educating homeowners
- Completing daily documentation such as sketches readings photos and notes of each job
- Water extraction and setting up drying equipment
- Determining what materials can be dried and what materials need to be removed
- Responding to emergency service calls during the day as well as during set on-call days
- Leading water restoration jobs while guiding water technicians
- Ability to lead by example and set the tone
- Current ASD/WRT IICRC certification is required
- 2-3 years of disaster restoration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Hardworking reliable organized
- Ability to work extended/on-call hours
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- Valid IN Drivers License
- Clean DMV and ability to pass a background check
