What you will be doing:
Client Strategy & Advisory
- Act as the senior subject matter expert and consultant for OLIVERs top 10-15 APAC client accounts on all things Gen-AI and Martech.
- Design transformation roadmaps and strategies that combine MarTech platforms automation workflows and generative AI applications that address client pain points and drive measurable value
- Advise on technology selection tech stack integration and tailor AI solutions to each clients objectives.
Project & Solution Delivery
- Lead comprehensive audits of client marketing technology stacks identifying integration gaps inefficiencies and AI-powered opportunities to drive ROI.
- Own end-to-end delivery of transformation projects ensuring on-time on-budget high-quality execution.
- Support RFP responses new business pitches and high-stakes client presentations on Gen-AI and MarTech topics representing Olivers technical credibility.
Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver executive workshops and training for client & internal teams on Gen-AI leverage AI literacy Martech capabilities and emerging technology trends.
- Build scalable frameworks for AI-powered solutions that OLIVER can operationalize internally.
Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Continuously track emerging AI automation and Martech trends; translate the latest advancements into actionable client opportunities.
- Represent the agency in client-facing events webinars or industry forums as the Gen-AI/Martech spokesperson.
Governance & Best Practices
- Develop and champion AI and Martech governance models for clients supporting responsible adoption and risk management.
- Ensure that all solutions meet client expectations for compliance security and ROI.
Measures of success:
- Achieve an AI/Martech client adoption rate of at least XX% across priority accounts within the first 12 months.
- Drive a minimum of $XX incremental revenue from AI/Martech solutions either through new client acquisition or service expansion within existing accounts.
- Launch and scale at least XX client innovation pilots or proofs-of-concept in Gen-AI/Martech that progress to full client adoption within 12 months.
- Deliver a minimum of XX AI-powered or Martech transformation projects for clients in year one with at least XX% completed on time and within agreed scope.
- Attain an aggregate Net Promoter Score (NPS) of above XX and a Client Satisfaction (CSAT) score of above XX on all AI/Martech consulting engagements.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 12 years in client-facing roles within digital marketing marketing technology or AI innovation (agency consultancy or SaaS vendor backgrounds strongly preferred).
- 3 years of hands-on experience leading Generative AI transformation initiatives - not just talking about AI but deploying it in real marketing operations.
- Deep technical fluency with modern MarTech platforms and ecosystems. You should be able to confidently discuss integration architectures data flows and platform optimization strategies.
- Proven ability to advise senior marketing and business leaders (VP-level and above) on technology-driven transformation. You know how to earn trust and influence decision-makers.
- Experience working in APAC markets (understanding regional nuances client expectations and cross-cultural communication is essential).
- MarTech Platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Adobe Experience Cloud HubSpot Google Marketing Platform or similar enterprise marketing automation tools.
- Gen-AI Tools: OpenAI API Anthropic Claude Google Vertex AI Midjourney or other LLM/multimodal AI platforms applied to marketing use cases.
- Integration & Automation: Zapier Make (Integromat) MuleSoft or API-based workflow automation tools.
- Youre currently a Head of MarTech AI Capability Director or Technology Strategy Lead at a Tier-1 agency (Dentsu Publicis WPP Omnicom Accenture Song Deloitte Digital) and have scaled AI/MarTech capabilities across 15 client accounts. Youve led major brand transformations and have war stories about turning technology into competitive advantage.
- Youre a Solutions Architect Strategic Consultant or Customer Success Director at a leading MarTech or AI platform vendor (Salesforce Adobe Google HubSpot OpenAI Anthropic). Youve completed 50 enterprise implementations and are exceptional at translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes. Youre ready to apply your expertise across multiple brands rather than one platform.
