Job Summary

What Youll Be Doing

In this role you will:

  • Execute gas testing and instrumentation projects for SGS affiliates and customers worldwide
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery including:
    • Developing project plans and solutions for customer requirements
    • Planning equipment and resources
    • Managing logistics
    • Maintaining strong customer relationships and updating CRM
  • Support the AST Manager with project management and operational tasks
  • Provide technical support to all SGS GAS departments
  • Assist in instrumentation projects (design build and installation) as required
  • Develop a detailed understanding of relevant testing specifications and methods
  • Work to the quality requirements of SGS GAS and its customers
  • Follow all project safety requirements for SGS GAS and our customers always acting safely and in line with our policies and procedures
  • Ensure full compliance with the SGS Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct and our Equality & Diversity policy

You will be expected to respond flexibly to global customer demands sometimes at short notice and adopt a customerfocused approach to ensure the highest level of service.


Qualifications :

What You Bring

Were looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Over 5 years experience as a Project Engineer in a similar role
  • Experience working in a GMP or other regulated industry
  • Strong instrumentation and testing experience
  • Experience providing similar technical services directly to customers

Training & Compliance

You will complete all mandatory training relevant to the role including:

  • SGS Induction
  • Safe Pass
  • Manual Handling
  • Gas Safety Training
